Lebanon is not over

The founder and the president of the international economic lobby, Dr. Ali Al-Masry, issued the following:

The situation in Lebanon has changed and every day is getting worse , and we are still at the beginning of the road and the crisis, despite the high price of the dollar, despite the increase in prices, and despite the closure that negatively affected the current economic situation, and despite the confusion of politicians with some of them and obstructing the formation of the government, which is a partial solution to the current situation, I say we are still at the beginning of the crisis What is striking about these events is a circulated saying that we have come to hear a lot from the Lebanese who want to emigrate from this country, which is “Lebanon is over.” This saying has become widely circulated recently, and here I stress that no nation ends and the homeland remains and continues in all circumstances, but there is corruption in the homeland that must be It ends, because everyone is responsible for it, starting with the people who are still satisfied with everything they live and are still silent and accepting. This is a situation that we do not envy. The salvation of Lebanon begins with us the people in the way we think and our way of dealing with this crisis. We are the hope and we are the salvation of Lebanon and whoever believes that the situation will change for the better. Here we are talking about a crisis, and there is no magic wand that will change the reality. And whoever believes that there are foreign countries concerned with solving the Lebanese crisis is wrong, because the current situation is almost suitable for many countries, which if Lebanon was established, tourists would fall. The business, trade and economy of these countries does not possess many of our people and our country, but corruption is what brought us to where we are.

Therefore, I call on all political parties to put Lebanon among their priorities and to cooperate to resolve this crisis and get out of it. I also call on them to form a government of specialists that works in the interest of the homeland and the citizen, and I invite our great people, who have thousands of thinkers and smart people, to draw up a plan that is presented and presented to the concerned parties to get out of the banking crisis, the dollar and the rest of the crises. That our country, Lebanon, suffers from.

The survival and continuity of this country depends on the steadfast people in Lebanon. Fleeing and leaving Lebanon is a very dangerous matter. The country is built with its children and perseverance and work to get it out of darkness into the light it deserves.
